I didn't know Shannon before the school year started like I did with some of the other Ambassadors. When I started to get to know her, I was thinking, "Is she for real?" She is so darling and bubbly and sweet. Not to mention she participates in about a gazillion community service projects, all the time! Honestly, I have had Ambassadors who do like 100 Community Service hours a year and Shannon blows that record away! The more I got to know her, I believe she might be in the road to sainthood, no kidding. I honestly feel as though it's her mission to serve others ... I believe she gets strength from it and it is a beautiful thing. Shannon is such an inspiring human being who genuinely cares about other people and is a delight to be around. I could not be more proud to say that she is a Laura Reed Ambassador, because she truly exemplifies what this program is all about. Shannon, I am so excited to see what your future holds. You are an angel and beautiful young lady - we love you!
